In Bloom.

The magnolia is one of my favourites—so brave to show its face in March, it really does signal the first sign of Spring!

I had quite the fun adventure whilst building the restaurant—One trip took me all the way to Cambridge with a triple-axle trailer to collect three beautiful trees.

They’ve been a joy ever since. Planted alongside the wonderfully trained espaliered apple trees, which now soften the view and shield the terrace from the car park below.
