We offer private hire on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings with a seasonal banquet-style menu, perfect for groups of 40–60 guests.

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Regular bookings (up to 6 guests): Can be booked onlinehere or by calling the restaurant.

• Regular bookings (7–10 guests): Please call the restaurant to arrange your reservation.

• Larger groups (10–12 guests): Bookings must be made via email at booking@lostkitchen.co.uk. Pre-ordering is required for groups of 10 or more.

• Private hire (40–60 guests): For celebrations or special events on Thursday, Friday or Saturday evenings, a 50% deposit of the total cost (£45 per person, or £50 with the optional cheese course) is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

We are pleased to accommodate baby shower bookings as part of our regular restaurant service. Bookings are for a maximum of 12 guests and take place during our usual opening hours.

You’re welcome to bring table-top decorations to personalise your celebration, but please note we don’t have space for floor-standing items.

In consideration of the environment and other diners, we ask that glitter, confetti or any loose decorations are avoided.

While we don’t host full weddings or large exclusive-use events, we’re happy to welcome intimate gatherings of up to 12 guests during our normal daytime service. Groups of 10 or more are asked to pre-order to ensure a seamless experience. Please note that 12 guests is the maximum total for a booking.

You’re welcome to have flowers delivered for the table. We work with a selection of florists who offer locally grown British blooms or preserved flower arrangements. One of our trusted florists is Jan Boddington of Blue Shed Flowers.

In the interest of the environment, we kindly ask that glitter, confetti and loose table decorations are avoided. Please discuss your decoration plans with our events team when booking to ensure everything works smoothly.

A 10% service charge is added to all restaurant bookings as standard. This is optional and can be adjusted at your discretion.

For private hire bookings, our 3-course seasonal banquet includes a dessert as part of the menu, perfect for marking your celebration.

For regular restaurant bookings, our pudding menu is available, and if you’re celebrating a birthday, please let our staff know — we’re happy to add a candle where appropriate.

We also offer a Celebration Cake Menu. Please contact booking@lostkitchen.co.uk to request the menu and confirm your choice at least 1 week prior to your booking.

If you’d like to bring your own cake, a cakeage charge of £1 per person applies. This covers crockery and the serving/clearing of your cake.

Lost Kitchen asks for a deposit to secure event bookings.

Should you need to change the booking two weeks or more before the event 50% of the deposit is returnable or transferable to another date.

With less than two weeks notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
